Certificate in Strengths Approaches to Higher Education Leadership and Student Success
Purpose of the Certificate Program:
The certificate in strengths-oriented higher education are designed to assist higher education leaders, practitioners, and faculty to create, implement, and assess strengths-oriented programs on their campuses in order to enhance the success and persistence of their students. Intended to deepen the knowledge of the strengths philosophy, its conceptual framework within positive psychology, and the aspects of strengths-oriented programming that contribute to positive outcomes for students, the certificate will enable participants to serve their campuses more effectively as educators and leaders.
Participants may take any single course/seminar or they may pursue a certificate in strengths-oriented higher education.
Description:
This general-purpose certification in strengths-oriented higher education is geared to non-degree seeking individuals who desire a deeper understanding of the effect that a strengths philosophy has on developing leaders and promoting student success. The certificate includes two different weekend sessions.

Individuals may choose locations and sequence of classes to accommodate their schedules.
Cost: $500 per session
CEU Credits Awarded: 3 credits for each session
